About this site

I’m Dake Fu — a founder in progress, not a polished success story.

I build products, work on real-world AI projects with partners, and spend an unreasonable amount of time thinking about one question: what actually gets stronger with time? This site is my way of testing that question in public, without turning life into a performance.

I care about compounding, systems, truth, and the difference between movement and real progress. I started a five-year experiment to see whether a normal person can keep making the right small decisions, keep building the right things, and let time do the heavy lifting. Not motivational-poster nonsense. Just reality, under pressure.

I use AI a lot. Happily. Openly. Not to manufacture a fake self, but to sharpen my thinking, challenge weak ideas, and move faster. The tools are new. The judgment still has to be mine.

I’m not a guru. I’m not “living my best life.” I’m not writing from a beach after a clean exit and a spiritual awakening. I’m building in the middle of uncertainty, responsibility, messy trade-offs, and unfinished work — which is where most real life happens anyway.

I also care about wealth. Not as a costume, and not as a moral failure dressed up as ambition. Wealth matters because freedom matters. Freedom to choose what to build, what to refuse, and what kind of life is worth compounding.

So this site is where I think, build, correct, and keep going. If something here feels clear, useful, or uncomfortably honest, then it’s doing its job.
